Meta will remove charges for user-initiated WhatsApp voice calls made through the WhatsApp Business Calling API.
Once you reconnect and enable WhatsApp Calls, inbound calls will be completely free — worldwide.
That means customers can call you from a chat, a deep link, or directly through WhatsApp—with zero costs on your end.”
